A channel is where you operate; a bot is who speaks there — one connected identity per platform, each with its own token, webhook and health.
A workspace can have many bots across many channels, and every module is installed per bot — your Telegram bot can run a shop while your Discord bot runs support.
Each bot tracks its own health (webhook status, last activity, errors) independently of the others.
