Build your first bot

The complete path from an empty workspace to a bot answering real customers.

    Register and pick a goal

    Registering creates your first Workspace, an OWNER membership and a Free subscription in one transaction. The goal you pick (Business/Agency/Developer/Enterprise) personalizes onboarding — it's never an RBAC role.

    Connect a channel

    Open Channels → Connect Channel, pick a platform, and provide its credentials. BotForge validates them against the platform's own API before encrypting and storing them, then registers the webhook automatically.

    Install and enable a module

    Browse the Marketplace, install a module through the 4-step wizard, configure it, then flip it to Enabled — only enabled modules receive messages.

    Message your bot

    Send it a message on the connected channel. Analytics start flowing immediately — no separate 'go live' step exists once a channel is ACTIVE and a module is enabled.

    Invite your team

    From Settings → Team, invite teammates with a WorkspaceRole (OWNER/ADMIN/DEVELOPER/MODERATOR/SUPPORT_AGENT/…) matching what they need to do.
